The Self-Repriming horizontal pump with an open impeller is appropriate for pumping settled sewage sludge, liquids with suspended solids, industrial waste and water. Consult us about other liquids.
The equipment’s advanced design permits the passage of solids of up to Ø 3” (76.2 mm).
Suction has an axial position and discharge a radial position, with diameters from 2” to 12”, for the Low Pressure line (LP) and diameters from 3” to 6” for the High Pressure line (HP).
The big advantage of this equipment is the automatic filling of liquid to begin the self-priming process.
The rear of the impeller features Expulsion Vanes in order to reduce pressure in the area of the mechanical seal and the amount of material deposited in the region.
The Back-Pull-Out system was introduced in the design of this equipment. It permits maintenance of the equipment without any need to remove suction and discharge piping or the operation motor.
The pump has a large inspection cover that permits simple and fast access to the internal parts, such as the impellers, volute, flap type check valve, facilitating the inspection of the parts that may suffer wear, as well as to perform any maintenance, cleaning and part replacement with greater speed. A removable wear plate is also located on this inspection cover.

The Back-Pull-Out system used in this product facilitates the maintenance of the most important parts of this equipment, such as: operation shaft, roller bearings, retainers, mechanical seal and the impeller. This assembly is located on the opposite side of the Inspection Cover.
Any intervention in this assembly is extremely simple and fast.
Another big advantage is that the impeller in each pump model is unique, and there is no need for machining it in order to adapt it to the work site because the work volumetric flow and pressure will be adjusted according to the rotation. That means fewer spare parts.
This equipment can have several types of drivers, such as: an electric or an internal combustion motor (diesel, gasoline, alcohol, gas, among others).
The coupling system between the pump and driver can be made directly by using flexible sleeves or pulleys and belts. In the case of pulleys, these are attached to the shafts with conical sleeves, which make it easier for assembly/disassembly and to make the necessary adjustments.
What truly stands out in this equipment is the pumping efficiency and the low operational and maintenance costs compared to other pumping systems for the same purposes. |
