This system consists of steel pipes (ASTM standard), helicoidal formation, with internal and external weld by means of submerged arc process, and steel rings in their ends.

The steel pipes are manufactured in the nominal diameters from 6” to 28” and thicknesses from 2.00 mm to 6.35 mm (0.078” to 0.25”) and lengths of 6, 9 and 12 meters (19 ft., 29 ft. and 39 ft.).

The competitve edge for the Esco tubular system is that the pipes are quickly installed (no welds, screw threads or flanges) through the victaulic couplings, K-10 or K –9 models. In addition, this system provides interlocking of the pipes and a perfect sealing, including under vaccum conditions, also providing expansion, flexibility, noise and vibration absorption.
